How do you get coupons mailed to your home?

I recently moved to a new home. I used to get mail from Express and other stores with coupons saying " off you 0 purchase". They are like little cards, the size of a regular credit card with bar codes in the back. I don’t get them anymore, and i would like to receive them again without having to go back to the store to ask. Is there a way to "sign up" or something online? Links would be great too. Thanks so much for the help!

You log onto the website for each store and they will have a link to their coupons, some you can print and some they will mail you, if you encounter a store that does not they will have a contact us option so send them an e mail and ask for their coupons, include your mailing address and they will be happy to send them.}{
