How do you get coupons mailed to your home?

I recently moved to a new home. I used to get mail from Express and other stores with coupons saying " off you 0 purchase". They are like little cards, the size of a regular credit card with bar codes in the back. I don’t get them anymore, and i would like to receive them again without having to go back to the store to ask. Is there a way to "sign up" or something online? Links would be great too. I don’t know why I don’t use them much, because I usually find that I like them. Maybe I just need to try someone elses favorite lima bean recipe. I’d rather make a tried and true favorite recipe that someone is willing to share instead of getting one from a cookbook

How do people use 2 coupons on 1 item?

How are these people using more than 1 coupon on only 1 item? All the coupons that I print off say, "One coupon per item(s) indicated."

Also, coupons.com says you can print (2) coupons per computer, everytime I try and print, I can only print 1 time. When I go back to do it again, it says something about print max.

I’m not trying to be like these extreme couponers who buy thousands in groceries for mere pennies, but it would be nice to save -20$ a shopping trip!

If you have say (2) coupons then I have to buy (2) items to use both coupons, then how are these people getting these things for little or nothing? There are no store in my area that do the "double your coupon up to " thing?
